About
I am a French software engineer living in Japan. I have worked on computer platforms, game platforms, and game technology across various companies.
I take pleasure in deep thinking and strive to understand the essence of things.
I value creativity, awareness, and being in the flow. I believe these concepts are interconnected as creativity is maximized when you are both aware and in the flow.
Consequently, I have a keen interest in system architecture, human psychology, and social organization in general. In practice, I enjoy discussing and researching computer systems, human motivation, leadership, and management.
I am also fascinated by human-machine interaction. Piloting spaceships, building robots, and creating video games were all part of my childhood dreams. These dreams led me to build expertise in computer graphics and game engines, and to deeply care about the reliability, responsiveness, and performance of software.
I anticipate that this blog will help me clarify my thoughts, and I hope it will create opportunities to connect with people who share similar interests.
